CCPA Privacy Notice for California Residents

This CCPA Privacy Notice applies exclusively to residents of the State of California and is issued by SavePages.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It supplements the information contained in our general Privacy Policy and explains in detail how we collect, use, disclose, and, where applicable, sell or share personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CPRA”).

Unless otherwise expressly defined herein, all terms used in this CCPA Notice carry the same meaning as provided under the CCPA, CPRA, and our Privacy Policy. This Notice is designed to ensure transparency and compliance with California law, granting you, our California users, clear access to your privacy rights.

Part I - Description of Information Practices

1. Categories of Personal Information We Collect

Under the CCPA, “Personal Information” is broadly defined as any information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, or is reasonably capable of being associated with you, your household, or your device. This also includes Sensitive Personal Information (SPI), a separate category requiring heightened protection.

Personal Information does not include:

  • Publicly available information lawfully made available from government records.
  • De-identified or aggregated consumer data.
  • Information excluded from CCPA/CPRA scope, such as medical data protected by HIPAA, financial data under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), consumer credit data under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), or driver data under the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (DPPA).

SavePages.com has, in the past 12 months, collected the following categories of personal information:

2. Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information from the following sources:

  • Directly from you: For example, when you contact us, submit inquiries, or engage with SavePages.com services.
  • Automatically through website interaction: Usage data such as browsing patterns, IP addresses, and interaction logs are collected via cookies, analytics, and similar technologies.
  • Indirectly through third parties: Advertising networks, internet service providers, analytics providers, social networks, and data brokers.
  • From partners/vendors: Contractors or service providers assisting us in service delivery, analytics, marketing, and hosting.
3. Use of Personal Information

We may use your personal information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide, operate, and maintain our services.
  2. To respond to your inquiries and fulfill requests
  3. To analyze trends, measure effectiveness, and optimize user experience.

We do not use your data for unrelated purposes without providing you advance notice.

4. Disclosures for a Business Purpose

In the past 12 months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information to contractors and service providers strictly for business purposes:

  • Categories A, F, G – Disclosed to hosting vendors, analytics providers, CRM systems, marketing providers, and social networks for purposes such as:
    • Secure storage and hosting.
    • Analytics reporting.
    • Limited marketing not involving cross-contextual advertising.
    • Service optimization and development.

All disclosures are governed by contracts requiring confidentiality and prohibiting the sale or further sharing of your information.

5. Sale or Share of Personal Information

Under the CCPA, “sale” means disclosing personal information for valuable consideration, while “share” refers to cross-context behavioral advertising. SavePages.com does not sell personal information for monetary value but may share limited categories (Identifiers, Internet Activity, Geolocation) with advertising networks for targeted ad delivery.

You have the right to opt-out of such sharing at any time (see Section II).

6. Children Under 16

SavePages.com does not knowingly collect or sell information from users under the age of 16.

7. Data Retention

We retain each category of personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary based on:

  • Purpose of collection (e.g., inquiry data is kept until resolved).
  • Regulatory obligations (e.g., transactional data retained up to 7 years).
  • Legal disputes (kept until resolution and, if necessary, within statutory limitation periods).

We may delete data earlier if it is no longer necessary, subject to applicable law.

Part II - Your Rights Under the CCPA/CPRA

If you are a California resident, you are entitled to the following rights regarding your personal information:

  1. Right to Know (Access Rights)
    • You may request details about the categories of personal information collected, sources, business purposes, third-party disclosures, and the specific information collected about you.
  2. Right to Deletion
    • You may request that we delete personal information collected about you, subject to legal exceptions.
  3. Right to Correct Inaccuracies
    • You may request correction of inaccurate information maintained about you
  4. Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing
    • You may opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context advertising.
  5. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information (SPI)
    • If we collect SPI, you may restrict its use to only essential business functions.
  6. Right to Opt-Out of Automated Decision-Making
    • Where applicable, you may request to avoid automated profiling or decision-making.
  7. Right to Data Portability
    • You may request a portable copy of the personal information collected about you.
  8. Right to Non-Discrimination
    • You will not be penalized, denied services, or charged different prices for exercising your rights.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your location) to register or use SavePages.com.

Exercising Your Rights

You may exercise your rights by:

  • Clicking the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the website footer.
  • Adjusting device-level privacy settings to limit data collection.
  • Using industry opt-out tools, such as NAI, DAA, or EDAA platforms.
  • Enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals in your browser.
  • Submitting a Data Subject Request Form (available on our site) and emailing it to privacy@savepages.com.

Requests may be submitted directly or through an authorized agent with written permission.

Part III - Additional California Obligations

  1. Direct Marketing Disclosure (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83):
    You may request information about our disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes by using the Data Subject Request Form.
  2. Do Not Track Settings (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 22575):
    Currently, there is no industry-wide standard for responding to Do Not Track browser signals. Accordingly, SavePages.com does not alter its practices upon receiving such signals. More information on enabling Do Not Track is available at donottrack.us.

Part IV - Nevada Residents

Pursuant to Nevada law, residents may direct SavePages.com not to sell their personal information for monetary consideration. Requests may be sent to nevada-privacy@savepages.com or submitted via the Do Not Sell My Personal Information link in our website footer.
