Infringement Report Policy

Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

At SavePages.com, we take intellectual property rights very seriously. Using someone else’s copyrighted work, whether text, images, or any other protected content, without permission goes against our standards. We will only review valid, detailed notices of infringement that satisfy all requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Should you consider any copyrighted work of yours or any content infringing upon your copyright to be posted on this platform, please send a notice to the designated copyright agent at: support@savepages.com

What the DMCA Notice Must Include

For your notice to be considered valid under the DMCA, it must include all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
  • Specific details identifying the work claimed to be infringed, including where the alleged infringing material is located on SavePages.com.
  • A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed so that we may verify it.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Note: You may be liable for damages if you knowingly file a false or misleading claim.

How We Respond

  • Upon receiving a valid notice putting forward a DMCA claim, we shall:
  • Examine the merits of the claim and, if appropriate, remove the offending material or restrict access thereto;
  • Notify the user who posted the content of the notice
  • Mark the material on our platform during the review, if applicable.

As required under the DMCA, users who repeatedly infringe may lose access to our services. The details of our enforcement process are kept internal to avoid misuse.

Challenging a Claim

Before submitting a notice, carefully consider whether the material may fall under fair use or other legal exceptions. We reserve the right to challenge DMCA notices that are abusive or unfounded. Filing a report does not prevent us from doing so.

Indemnification

If you knowingly submit a false claim that material on SavePages.com infringes copyright, you may be held responsible for any resulting damages, including attorneys’ fees and legal costs.
